DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Outlet Operations to drive sales performance across retail outlets and ensure exceptional service. You will monitor daily results, uphold standards, and support marketing activities to boost visibility and customer engagement.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a related field, SPM or Diploma in F&B, and the ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends. A dynamic, team-oriented and professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

SPM or Diploma in F&B or relevant qualification.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.

Responsabilités

Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and contribute to achieving maximum business results across outlets.
Maintain high standards of customer service and gift item production.
Ensure compliance with stock, cash, and credit card handling procedures; investigate discrepancies.
Foster accountability and adherence to company rules and standards by team members.
Support planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive outlet visibility and engagement.
Handle administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
