Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma in Food & Beverage or relevant qualification
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
• Dynamic, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, public holidays and weekends

Responsibilities

• Support business performance by understanding daily and monthly sales results
• Maintain high customer service and ensure quality standards in gift item production
• Manage stock and cash/credit card handling procedures and resolve discrepancies
• Foster a compliant and disciplined team environment in line with company policies
• Assist planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities to drive visibility and sales
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as required
