Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Branch Operations for our Experience Center in Malaysia. You will oversee administrative and operational matters and report to the Branch Manager with dotted line to Country Retail Operations.

You will manage the Branch Financial Admin team and support retail operations across Experience Centers. Your role includes process improvement, tracking orders from booking to delivery, overseeing loan processing, training staff, ensuring data accuracy in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and pay attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team to support staff and colleagues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HP banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track Customer’s Orders and ensure bookings translate to delivery.
• Monitor and track loan applications through disbursements.
• Train and develop Branch Financial Admins to meet TAT & SLA.
• Ensure data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries.
• Coordinate fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Follow-up with banks regarding loan submissions and disbursements.
• Manage cash payments and settlements on bank terminals.
• Ensure retail operation processes adhere to SOPs.
• Prepare invoices and despatch to Finance Department.
• Co-manage petty cash and reimburse expenses.
• Encourage automation in loan submissions via bank portals.
• Advocate CMS discounts tracking and voucher usage.
• Perform Ownership Transfer via e-auto transfers when needed.
• Produce reports required by Management in timely and accurate manner.
