Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking a Branch Operations professional for our Experience Center in Taiping, Perak. You will oversee administrative operations, report to the Branch Manager, and support the Country Retail Operations function.

Your role includes improving branch processes, tracking orders and loans, training the Branch Financial Admins, and ensuring CMS data accuracy. You will also manage petty cash and vendor invoicing, delivering timely management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance/business/economics.
• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for branch operation process improvement.
• Track customer orders with consultants and branch admins to ensure bookings translate to delivery.
• Monitor In-Processing activities from loan applications to disbursements.
• Train and develop Branch Financial Admins to meet SLA and TAT.
• Enforce data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries.
• Coordinate fleet movement between Experience Centers.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices charged by vendors.
• Co-manage petty cash and reimburse expenses.
• Ensure reports required by management are produced timely and accurately.
