Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee administrative and operational activities at the Experience Center. You will report to the Branch Manager and support the Country Retail Operations through a small team, ensuring orders convert to delivery and loans progress smoothly.

The role focuses on process improvement, data accuracy, and collaboration with finance, marketing, and banking partners to maintain seamless retail operations across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Ability to multitask and support staff and colleagues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HP banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative and operational matters at the Experience Center under the Branch Manager.
• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvements.
• Track customer orders with consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure delivery.
• Monitor loan processing from applications to disbursement.
• Coach Branch Support Admins to meet TAT & SLA.
• Ensure data accuracy in CMS and regulate OKR adherence.
• Co-manage petty cash and vendor invoicing with Finance.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices and liaise with Marketing on loan submissions.
