Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Branch Operations for our Experience Center. You will report to the Branch Manager and support the Country Retail Operations in administrative and operational matters.

Your role includes improving branch processes, coordinating orders from online and offline channels, and ensuring accurate data across CMS while supervising Branch Financial Admins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track orders and ensure bookings translate to delivery.
• Monitor loan in-processing from applications to disbursements.
• Train Branch Financial Admins to perform tasks meeting TAT & SLA.
• Enforce data compliance and accuracy within CMS.
• Liaise on fleet movement between Experience Centers.
• Follow up with banks on loan submissions and disbursements.
• Collect cash payments and perform bank settlements.
• Ensure retail operation processes adhere to SOP.
• Prepare invoices and vendor payments; manage petty cash.
