Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee administrative and operational matters at designated Experience Centers. You will report to the Branch Manager and support the Country Retail Operations in daily tasks and continuous process improvements.

You will manage a Branch Support Admin team, coordinate with financing partners, ensure data accuracy in CMS, and drive timely delivery of orders while maintaining compliance with retail SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics).
• Minimum of 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track customer orders with consultants and branch staff to convert bookings to delivery.
• Monitor loan applications through disbursement processing.
• Train Branch Support Admin to meet TAT & SLA.
• Ensure data compliance and accuracy in CMS for all entries.
• Coordinate fleet movements between Experience Centers.
• Follow up with marketing officers on loan submissions and disbursements.
• Collect cash payments via credit/debit cards and handle bank settlements.
• Ensure retail operations follow SOPs and OKRs.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices and manage petty cash reimbursements.
• Promote automation in loan submissions and CMS usage.
