Job summary

CARSOME Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Branch Operations for our Experience Center. You will oversee administrative and operational matters, report to the Branch Manager, and support retail operations across centers.

Responsibilities include improving branch processes, coordinating loan submissions, ensuring data accuracy in CMS, and managing cash settlements. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics).
• Minimum 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track customer orders with consultants and Branch Financial Admins to ensure delivery.
• Monitor In-Processing activities from loan applications to disbursements.
• Train Branch Financial Admins to meet TAT & SLA.
• Enforce data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries by BFA.
• Coordinate fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Collaborate with Marketing Officers on loan submissions and disbursements.
• Collect cash payments via card transactions and perform bank settlements.
• Ensure retail operation processes adhere to Retail SOP.
• Prepare PR/PO invoices for Panel Vendors and despatch to Finance.
• Co-manage petty cash and monitor branch expenses and reimbursements.
