Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operation Support (Loan/Fleet) to lead administrative operations at the Experience Center. You will report to the Branch Manager and dotted-line to the Country Retail Operations, while guiding the Branch Support Admin and supporting retail processes across centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance/business/economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Independent with minimal supervision and strong problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track Customer’s Orders collectively with CARSOME Consultants and Branch Support Admins to ensure bookings translate to delivery.
• Monitor loan processing from applications up until disbursements.
• Train and develop Branch Support Admin to perform tasks meeting TAT & SLA.
• Ensure data compliance and data accuracy within CMS for all entries by Branch Support Admin.
• Liaise on fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Follow-up with Marketing Officers regarding status of loan submissions including disbursements.
• Collect cash payments via Credit/Debit Card and perform bank settlements.
• Ensure retail operation processes are executed and adhere to Retail SOP.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices charged by panel vendors for Finance.
