Job summary

CARSOME is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations Support at our Experience Center in Malaysia. You will manage administrative operations, report to the Branch Manager, and support the Country Retail Operations with a focus on process improvement and data integrity.

You will train Branch Support Admins, coordinate with banks on loan submissions, and ensure accurate CMS entries, cash settlements, and timely reporting. Strong MS Office skills and 5+ years of related experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics.
• 5 years of related working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work as a team to support staff and colleagues.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HP banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and action plans for Branch Operation process improvement.
• Track customer orders with consultants and branch admins to ensure bookings lead to delivery.
• Monitor in-processing from loan applications to disbursements.
• Train Branch Support Admins to meet TAT & SLA throughout bookings.
• Ensure data compliance and accuracy within CMS for all entries by BSA.
• Liaise on fleet movement for booked inventory between Experience Centers.
• Follow up with marketing officers regarding loan submissions and disbursements.
• Collect cash payments via cards and perform bank settlements.
• Ensure retail operation processes adhere to Retail SOP.
• Regulate CMS processes according to OKRs.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices from vendors to Finance.
• Co-manage petty cash and reimbursements for branch expenses.
• Encourage automation by submitting loans through banks’ portals.
• Promote use of CMS discounts and vouchers.
• Perform E-Auto Transfers to complete ownership transfers when needed.
• Produce all required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in other company activities as assigned.
