Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in accounting/finance/business/economics.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in HP banking industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operation processes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Track orders and ensure bookings translate to delivery.
• Monitor loan processing from application to disbursement.
• Train and develop Branch Financial Admins to meet TAT and SLA.
• Manage petty cash and expenses; submit reimbursements.
• Coordinate with marketing and banks on loan submissions.
• Prepare PR/PO for invoices and liaise with finance.
• Ensure data accuracy in CMS and OKR alignment.
• Report generation for management.
• Support fleet movement between Experience Centers.
