Job summary

AiMotion is seeking an Operations Team Lead for Social Media Management in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee strategic operations, optimize marketing workflows across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu, and guide client-centric process improvements.

Your leadership will drive efficiency and growth across cross-functional teams. You will manage performance, deliver data-driven insights, and ensure successful execution of large-scale automotive digital projects with a focus on excellence

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in operations, digital marketing, SaaS platforms, social media, automotive, account management, or related field with team leadership or project management
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian automotive industry and social media operations

Responsibilities

• Strategic Operations Management: develop and optimize SOPs, workflows, and processes for Malaysia market
• Automotive & Digital Marketing Operations: oversee social media operations across platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RED)
• Client Operations & Performance Management: provide guidance and support to maximize value of AiMotion's solutions and monitor performance
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Product, Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Technical teams to deliver projects
• Data & Performance Optimization: analyze data, drive automation, and develop dashboards and reports
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: maintain SOPs and knowledge materials, ensure alignment with business goals
