Candidate will drive data-driven optimization, manage analytics, and collaborate with Paid Ads, Creative, BD, and Affiliate teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and strong brand presence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in social media, content, or digital marketing, with lead experience.
• 2+ years in short-form video and AI content creation.
• Strong planning, copywriting, and analytical skills.
• Familiar with social analytics tools and platforms.
• Gaming/entertainment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee social media content strategies and campaigns.
• Drive the adoption and strategic use of AI-powered tools for content production.
• Lead creative direction for hooks, scripts, captions, and content variations.
• Analyse social media performance and optimize strategies with data-driven insights.
• Develop engaging content for gaming and youth audiences.
• Coordinate with Paid Ads, Creative, BD, and Affiliate teams.
