Job summary

EUNIKI in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to drive day-to-day campaign execution and coordinate Content, Creative, KOL, Social Media and Commerce teams.

You will develop digital strategies aligned with business goals, oversee content calendars and publishing, monitor paid campaigns and growth metrics, guide TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Xiaohongshu, and work with the Founder on new growth initiatives and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media, content marketing and digital campaigns.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and creator/influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns and internal media projects.
• Manage and coordinate Content, Creative, KOL, Social Media and Commerce teams.
• Develop digital, social media and content strategies based on business and client objectives.
• Oversee content calendars, production, publishing and campaign timelines.
• Monitor social media performance, paid campaigns and key growth metrics.
• Guide TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and emerging platform strategies.
• Work with the KOL team on influencer campaigns, creator partnerships and content execution.
• Work with the Commerce team on TikTok LIVE, affiliate and conversion initiatives.
• Review creative and content quality before delivery or publishing.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and improve team productivity.
• Build clear SOPs, reporting structures and working processes.
• Explore AI tools, automation and new technologies to improve marketing efficiency.
• Work closely with the Founder on new growth initiatives, media properties and business opportunities.
