Job summary

IP Media Production Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to oversee online marketing strategy, plan and execute digital campaigns, and develop customer marketing approaches. You will manage ad campaigns on Facebook and TikTok, monitor performance, report insights, and optimize day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in marketing or a related field.
• Professional Certificate or Diploma in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English; Mandarin preferred for client communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
• Responsible for client product advertising on Facebook and TikTok, including operating and optimizing ad results.
• Monitor, track, report, and optimize day-to-day marketing ad campaigns to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure efficient operations.
• Plan, manage, measure, and coordinate end-to-end content creation and marketing activities.
• Execute social media content planning for internal and brand campaigns.
• Adapt content style for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Show enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
• Provide support in other areas of social media marketing.
