Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability targets, conduct market research, and collaborate with senior management to set long‑term goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple restaurant locations, maintain high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness, and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff, foster a positive work environment, set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching.
  • Quality Control: Ensure authentic Japanese cuisine and high‑quality standards, monitor inventory levels, and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Customer Relations: Respond to feedback, complaints, and inquiries, develop strategies to enhance the customer experience and loyalty, and monitor online reviews.
  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with local and national food safety regulations, handle licensing and inspections, and manage annual budgets and financial reporting.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement campaigns, analyse marketing data, and adjust strategies.
  • Expansion and Growth: Identify opportunities for new locations, conduct feasibility studies, and assess potential sites.
  • Crisis Management: Develop contingency plans and protocols for emergency situations.
