Job summary

FF One Logistics Sdn bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Logistics/Forwarding Assistant. The role supports daily customs clearance, shipment coordination, and data entry, with responsibilities spanning documentation and liaison with customers and authorities.

Candidates with at least a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent, basic shipping knowledge, and good communication skills are encouraged to apply; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistic/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics is an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in Forwarding/Logistics/Shipping Line is preferable.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Be responsible, disciplined, and committed to work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs clearance documents (K1, K2, K8, K9, Singapore Permit CCP).
• Monitor customs clearance status and response from the authority.
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, and authorities.
• Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules.
• Handle shipping and customs documentation.
• Ensure accurate data entry and filing.
• To do proper filing and manage files for all related documents.
• Assist in daily logistics and operational matters.
