Job summary

Sperton Global AS in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Support Associate to assist with daily tasks, billing, and coordinating workflow across teams.

You will liaise with clients, vendors and internal colleagues to ensure timely completion of requests, maintain operation records and data, and support ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The role requires at least 1 year in freight forwarding or related fields, basic knowledge of billing, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: SPM
• At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding or related fields
• Basic knowledge of billing processes is an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
