Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and timeliness.

You will prepare shipping documentation, coordinate with the Warehouse Team and Freight Forwarding, and compile inventory reports to support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Logistics and Transportation or relevant field.
• Fresh graduates in Logistics are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to inbound and outbound logistics.
• Prepare and process all required shipping documentation with accuracy and timeliness for daily outbound shipments.
• Coordinate closely with the Warehouse Team to streamline and manage inbound and outbound shipment operations.
• Collaborate proactively with the Freight Forwarding Team to resolve customs declaration issues and ensure compliance.
• Compile, analyze and submit detailed inventory reports for both inbound and outbound activities.
