Job summary

FF One Logistic Sdn bhd in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level logistics coordinator. The role requires a minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain, with basic shipping knowledge and preferable 1 year in forwarding/logistics.

You should be computer literate with good communication and organizational skills, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. On-site with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of shipping/logistics is an advantage.
• At least 1 year experience in Forwarding/Logistics/Shipping Line is preferable.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Be responsible, disciplined, and committed to work
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare customs clearance documents (K1, K2, K8, K9, Singapore Permit CCP)
• Monitor customs clearance status and response from the authority
• Coordinate with customers, transporters, and authorities
• Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules
• Handle shipping and customs documentation
• Ensure accurate data entry and filing
• To do proper filing and manage files for all related documents
• Assist in daily logistics and operational matters
