Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily operation jobs - picking, packing and scanning for outgoing shipments and checking the incoming shipments.
• Purchase order completion for the customer's order and keep record of incoming shipment and documents.
• Lead, manage and organize Logistics team to ensure orderly execution of daily order processing.
• Liaise with customer service team, Finance team and Sales & Marketing team in ensuring smooth flow of stock movement and timely delivery to customers.
• Ensure that all stocks are kept clean, dry and safely stacked to prevent falling, fire hazards and free from pest.
• Process consignment return from Sales Team.
• Process consignment return from customers.
• Ensure stock movements are followed early expiry date first out (EEFO).
• Employ good utilization of space and ensure inventory stock is identified, updated and stored as per allocated locations.
• Conduct physical stock counts on annual and cycle basis.
• Assist in loading and unloading at warehouse.
• Ensure warehouse operations strictly comply with Good Distribution Practices required by Ministry of Health, Malaysia.
• Ensure warehouse operations strictly comply with Workplace Safety and Health regulations required by Department of Labor.
• Lead or participate in process improvement programs and internal controls.
• Support company objectives, policies and goals.
• Conduct the warehouse housekeeping exercise as and when needed.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned by Assistant Supply Chain Manager.
• Perform product scanning.
• Perform packing in the right pack materials.
• Ensure scanned data and quantity are correctly captured in the system.
