Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled IT Support professional to handle daily incident tickets via ServiceNow and support global IT operations locally. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows, networks, and conferencing tools.

You will maintain inventory and CMDB, assist with hardware refresh cycles, and ensure documentation accuracy while providing timely user support across systems and platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (excl. internship)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems/platforms
• Knowledge of network & infrastructure support
• Solid communication & documentation skills
• Able to work independently & prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

• Support day to day IT support matters, handling Request/Incident tickets from ServiceNow
• Support Global IT team in local IT operation (Hand & Feet support)
• Maintain 5S in Workplace.
