Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT Support professional to provide first and second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and system issues. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals while supporting IT infrastructure projects and migrations.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in IT or related field, 2–3 years of IT support experience, and solid Windows OS knowledge.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2-3 years IT support experience.
Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting, and network fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Assist in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, backup management, and recovery procedures.
Monitor and support day-to-day IT operations to ensure business continuity.
