Jora Malaysia is seeking a versatile IT Support/Technical Support professional to join their team in Kedah. You will handle hardware, software, servers, and network systems, ensuring reliable operation and security across the organisation.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining hardware inventories, installing and troubleshooting operating systems and applications, and delivering global end-user support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, servers, and networks.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems is preferred.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail; able to coordinate with global teams.
• Open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Set up, repair, and maintain inventory for all hardware and peripherals.
• Install, troubleshoot, and update operating systems, applications, and antivirus software; resolve access issues.
• Server, Network & CCTV Administration: Maintain servers, LAN, Wi‑Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV configurations, with backups.
• Helpdesk & End-User Global Support: Deliver comprehensive global support and guidance to end-users for various technical issues.
