Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to provide day-to-day technical assistance to end users across offices. You will ensure reliable operation of IT systems, devices, and applications, and help resolve issues promptly to maintain productivity.

The role covers hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 support, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, with emphasis on security, documentation, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Hands-on with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi‑Fi).

Responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Office apps.
• Assist users with system access, password resets and account issues.
