Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an IT support professional to monitor and maintain network infrastructure and applications to ensure reliable operation of network services, servers, firewall, WiFi, and related components.

Role includes monitoring AD, DHCP, DNS, and other network applications, assisting in managing IT and end-user applications, maintaining IT security policies, and providing end-user support for devices and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure such as network, internet, servers, firewall, WiFi, switches, router, cable and other network infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain network application such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and other network application.
• Assist to manage and maintain IT application such as email, web, backup and other IT application.
• Assist to manage and maintain end user application such as Timberline, E-timesheet, MySoft and other end user application.
• Assist to manage and maintain IT Security such as Firewall, Antivirus, and security policy.
• Manage, monitor and maintain end user support such as Security Access, IT Asset, PABX, Notebook, Desktop, Printer and other IT related issue.
