Job summary

Sunway University is seeking an Executive for Sunway University Online to support the day-to-day delivery of online programmes. You will handle learner onboarding, digital access, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring smooth operations and timely reporting.

You will maintain trackers, assist with orientation sessions, manage LMS access and course readiness, and help with enrolment and records while upholding data privacy and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, communication, management, IS, or related field.
• Minimum two years in administration, programme coordination, student services, higher education operations.
• Experience with online/digital learning environments is advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Familiar with LMS platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, OpenLearning).
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of Sunway University Online programmes.
• Maintain operational trackers, schedules and documentation.
• Coordinate learner onboarding, communications and FAQs.
• Assist with facilitator coordination and course readiness.
• Manage LMS access, course readiness and basic troubleshooting.
