Sunway Diploma Studies (SDS) at Sunway College (KL) welcomes interested candidates to submit their resume for the above stated vacancy with the following job specifications:
Responsibilities
Coordinate daily programme administration to ensure smooth delivery of student services and academic operations.
Manage student admission, enrolment, subject registration, subject add/drop, and student grouping processes.
Prepare and process student-related documentation, including confirmation letters for local and international students, internship and employment placement documents, EPF withdrawal applications, and credit exemptions for progression.
Prepare and maintain monthly absenteeism reports for the respective programmes.
Monitor fee collection and follow up on outstanding balances.
Assist in administering student surveys, evaluations, and feedback systems to support continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing reports, accreditation documents, and compliance-related documentation.
Liaise with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
Support the planning and coordination of orientation programmes, graduation ceremonies, student engagement activities, and other events.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Experience in diploma programme administration or academic administration will be an added advantage.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and familiar with student management systems.
Positive, proactive, and service-oriented, with a willingness to go the extra mile when required.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic academic environment.
