PS Global Consulting is looking for an Account Manager in Malaysia to manage and grow relationships with Oracle NetSuite customers. This role focuses on customer retention, upselling, and driving value realization through excellent customer engagement.

Ideal candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in account management or B2B sales, strong communication skills, especially in Cantonese, and the ability to identify growth opportunities. The role offers a chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product optimization.

Formación

• 2–5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales.
• Experience in ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a portfolio of NetSuite customer accounts in Malaysia and Hong Kong.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Help customers maximize value from NetSuite modules and features.
