Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Management, Technical Project Management or Customer Success.
• Experience managing customer-facing technical projects in SaaS, CPaaS or Telecom environments.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and API integrations.
