Job summary

Pointstar in Malaysia seeks an experienced ERP Functional Consultant to analyze client business processes and map them to NetSuite ERP solutions. You will lead AS-IS studies, design functional specs, and collaborate with clients and management to propose, configure, and implement solutions across Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Financial modules.

Qualifications

• ERP implementations methodologies knowledge.
• Completed minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong background in financial and accounting processes.
• A logical and structured approach to introducing change.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Consultant in a vendor environment.
• Certification as NetSuite ERP Consultant or NetSuite ERP Administrator is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify design and implement creative business and technology solutions for clients across industries.
• Interact with clients to assess business requirements and determine software needs.
• AS-IS study to understand clients' existing processes.
• Map requirements to analyze gaps and propose business process re-engineering.
• Document requirements in BRD/Blueprint with workflow diagrams aligned to implementation methodology.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Configure and customize ERP solutions as per project scope.
• Prepare prototype plans with client process owners and develop end-user training docs.
• Provide end-user training in classroom environments and support UAT plans.
