• Manage the client’s customers end-to-end: renew, expand, and convert service relationships with existing customers.
• Call on client customers to assess opportunities, renew contracts, and convert to additional services where applicable.
• Ensure client’s customers are satisfied and resolve escalated issues to maintain service quality.
• Represent the client in negotiations, manage territory and monthly quotas, and build relationships with decision-makers.
