Job summary

Moomoo MY is seeking a customer service professional to support local and overseas clients in English, Malay and Chinese. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, assist with trading account registration, onboarding and verification, and provide expert guidance on the trading platform and its tools.

You will help resolve issues promptly and contribute to knowledge bases and training materials.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in the relevant qualifications.
• Proven working experience in call center, online trading and/or stockbroking preferred. Fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with online trading platforms, stock exchanges and financial products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide comprehensive support via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with trading account registration, onboarding and verification.
• Provide consultation on trading platform, tools and features and resolve issues promptly.
