Moomoo MY is seeking a Brokerage Services Support Specialist to provide professional customer support to local and overseas clients via chat, phone, and other channels. You will guide clients through account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and platform-related processes, while maintaining accurate records and achieving KPIs.

Fresh graduates are welcome. The role requires a degree in Finance/Business and fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with good English skills as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support to local and overseas customers via official channels (online chat, telephone, and other platforms).
• Guide users on trading account registration, account opening, deposits and withdrawals, and related processes.
• Provide timely guidance on software and platform-related operational issues.
• Record, categorize, and analyze customer feedback to support service quality improvement.
• Achieve assigned customer service KPIs including answer rate, satisfaction, first-contact resolution, and handling time.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
