Moomoo is seeking a Brokerage Services Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to deliver professional customer support for local and overseas clients. You will assist with account registration, deposits/withdrawals, and platform-related issues, while handling inquiries and complaints with a customer-centric approach.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, with strong English communication. The role involves shift work including evenings and holidays, with shift allowances.

Formación

• Degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support to local and overseas customers via chat, phone and other platforms.
• Guide users on trading account registration, opening, deposits and withdrawals, and related processes.
• Provide timely guidance on software and platform issues encountered by customers.
• Handle complaints and inquiries; escalate complex cases to backend teams as needed.
• Record and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality and experience.
• Achieve KPIs: answer rate, CSAT, first-contact resolution, handling time, quality/error rate.
