Job summary

Moomoo in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support traders and clients, guiding onboarding and usage of features to meet business goals.

You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat; help with registrations and verification; and collaborate on process improvements. Fresh graduates welcome; shift work including evenings/nights/weekends with allowances.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in relevant qualifications; Diploma in Business, Economics and Financial-related courses are welcome to apply.
• Proven working experience in related field preferred (call center, sales support, technical support, online trading and/or stockbroking); fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat to provide comprehensive support.
• Proactively guide new customers through onboarding and product usage.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upgrades or cross-sells during interactions.
• Assist with trading account registration and verification processes.
• Provide consultation on trading platform, tools and features; address technical or operational issues.
• Resolve concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Record, file and organize customer feedback and suggestions.
• Contribute to the development of CS processes, knowledge bases and training materials.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned, including shift work.
