Job summary

Moomoo MY is seeking a Brokerage Services Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to help local and overseas clients in English, Malay and Chinese. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email and live chat, assist with trading account registration and verification, and provide guidance on trading tools and features.

You will resolve issues promptly, document feedback, and contribute to process improvements and training materials, with shifts including evenings or weekends and shift allowances.

Qualifications

• Degree or above; diplomas in business/economics/finance welcome.
• Experience in call centers, technical support, online trading or stockbroking preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial markets advantageous.
• English and Malay proficiency required; Chinese/Mandarin advantageous.
• Bumiputera candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to local and overseas customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with trading account registration, onboarding and verification.
• Provide consultations on trading platform, tools and features and address technical or operational issues.
• Resolve concerns promptly, escalate complex cases when needed.
• Record and organize customer feedback; contribute to knowledge bases and training materials.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
