Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum STPM, Diploma, or Degree in a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literate with Microsoft Office and company systems.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders, sales transactions, exchanges, refunds, and payment collections.
Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, chat, and walk-in professionally and promptly.
Provide product information and recommend suitable products or packages.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalated cases to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate customer and distributor records in the system.
Prepare sales and operational reports and monitor distributor performance.
Assist with stock checks, inventory reporting, and other administrative tasks.
Support the Operations Manager and perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
