Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative and Customer Support professional in Penang, Malaysia. You will support customers and internal sales teams, process orders and quotes, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong multilingual communication (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese) and familiarity with standard admin processes. You will maintain records, prepare monthly reports, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related disciplines.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese for stakeholder liaison.
Experience with admin standard processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide professional support to customers and internal sales teams.
Process customer orders, quotations, and delivery schedules accurately and promptly.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Account, HQ, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and order-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Investigate and resolve operational issues by working with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Monitor order status and proactively follow up to ensure commitments are met.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information in company systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Perform administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
Provide incoming call and office shipment support.
Prepare monthly reports.
