Job summary

Yuchen Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to understand customer needs and provide professional, timely support to ensure smooth order completion. You will deliver exceptional service while continuously improving quality and maintaining records.

Role requires a Diploma or above, fluency in Mandarin and English, and willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation with opportunities for overseas assignments and cross-location rotations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher educational qualification.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English communication.
• Able to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
• Responsible, self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to rotate shifts and work in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and provide professional, timely, and sincere support to ensure smooth order completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service and continuously improve service quality based on daily performance.
• Maintain customer records, follow up regularly, and safeguard customers' rights while maintaining the company's service reputation.
• Monitor market trends, identify root causes of issues, and provide suggestions to improve products and services.
• Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and perform other customer service-related duties assigned by the company.
