You will handle enquiries via calls and digital channels, assist customers with products, billing, and services, maintain records, and strive to meet daily targets. Bahasa Malaysia and English are required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
• Friendly, confident and willing to learn.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels.
• Assist customers with products, services, billing and general enquiries.
• Provide suitable solutions and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Achieve daily and monthly service and performance targets.
