Job summary

EVERNAV TECH SDN BHD is recruiting a Multilingual Customer Service & Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will support customers via chat, phone and email, manage accounts and orders, and keep records up to date. The role also covers daily operations and light back-office duties to ensure smooth workflows.

Ideal candidates are fluent in multiple languages, with a basic sales background and a service-oriented mindset. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM in a fast-paced environment near MRT.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Multilingual (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills and patience.
• Quick-thinking, adaptable and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic sales background or experience is a plus.
• Able to use basic office software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via online channels (messaging, phone, email).
• Communicate with customers in Multilingual.
• Assist with customer account, order and transaction-related enquiries.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth workflows.
• Handle back-office tasks such as data entry and record keeping.
• Follow up on customer feedback and help improve service quality.
• Assist with basic sales activities and introduce company products and services.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
