Job summary

JHM Consolidation Berhad in Malaysia seeks an organized sales support professional to manage order processing, billing, and customer inquiries. You will coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in business, good English and Mandarin, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and ERP. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a related responsibility.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin; proficient in Mandarin for China client communication.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Fulfillment: process sales orders, track shipments and ensure delivery schedules.
• Billing and Documentation: prepare invoices, delivery orders, and sales quotations with accurate records.
• Planner and Production Collaboration: align sales orders with manufacturing and inventory schedules; monitor stock and production progress.
• Sales Support: maintain customer databases; coordinate with logistics and marketing for materials.
• Customer Relations: serve as primary contact for client inquiries, handle after-sales support and resolve complaints.
