Job summary

Life Factor Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with daily coordination, order processing, quotation handling and documentation. You will liaise with customers, reps, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely follow-ups.

The role requires a degree in business/admin or related field, 1–3 years' experience (fresh grads welcome), strong communication skills, and proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration or related role; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work independently or in a team.
• Experience with AutoCount systems is a plus.
• Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented and responsible in handling sales records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team in coordinating daily sales activities and administrative tasks.
• Process and monitor sales orders, quotations, invoices and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with customers, sales reps, warehouse and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, payments and outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the system.
• Prepare sales reports, sales analysis and other reports as required.
• Assist in preparing quotations, price lists, promotional materials and other sales documents.
• Coordinate product samples and customer requests.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Support sales campaigns, events and other sales activities.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties as assigned.
