Job summary

JHM Consolidation Berhad in Malaysia seeks an organized sales support professional to manage order processing, billing, and customer inquiries. You will coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in business, good English and Mandarin, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and ERP. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing / Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a related responsibility.

Job description

Order Processing & Fulfillment: Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure delivery schedules are met.

Billing and Documentation: Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and sales quotations. Ensure accuracy of billing details and financial records.

Planner and Production Collaboration: Work with PMC to align sales orders with manufacturing and inventory schedules. Monitor stock levels and track production progress to confirm delivery dates.

Sales Support: Maintain customer databases. Coordinate with logistics for smooth shipment execution. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials.

Customer Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, handle after-sales support, and resolve customer complaints.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Marketing / Management or equivalent.

Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in a related responsibility is required.

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Requires to communicate with China Customer in verbal and writing in Mandarin.
