Job summary

Hongrita Precision Component (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a capable Coordinator for Demand Fulfillment, Order Management, and Customer Service Support. You will liaise across Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to confirm deliveries, update customers, and maintain order records in our CRM/ERP system.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Communications and 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or a similar coordination role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary coordinator for receiving, logging, and acknowledging customer POs.
• Liaise with Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to confirm delivery schedules, inventory availability, and order feasibility.
• Communicate the confirmed delivery plan and any changes proactively to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order status in the company’s CRM/ERP system.
• Assist the Business Manager and Engineers in providing general customer service and resolving routine issues.
• Serve as a backup point of contact for key customer accounts as needed.
• Help prepare customer reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist RFQ process: gather requirements, distribute to technical teams, compile proposals, ensure timely submission.
• Schedule and prepare materials for internal and external meetings; take minutes and track action items.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and contribute to process improvements.
