Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Order Fulfilment, Customer Service, Logistics or related roles.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an added advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Handle machine rental movements and related SAP documentation.
• Process order entry for both EDI and non-EDI orders and manage deliveries.
• Advise customers and stakeholders on order status, stock, and delivery dates.
• Maintain accurate records and filing for order fulfilment and invoicing.
