Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a HR Operations - Employee Life Cycle expert to deliver end-to-end ELC services across APAC. You will act as SME on processes and support escalations, handling data accuracy and documentation in line with defined procedures.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, the role supports onboarding, offboarding, data updates, payroll inquiries, and compliance documentation, collaborating with country teams to ensure consistent service delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, management or related field.
• Relevant internship in processing HR transactions preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to employee life cycle inquiries (compensation, benefits, payroll).
• Validate and audit employee data in Peoplesoft and perform corrections.
• Update onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations and employee movements.
• Assist with employee documentation and data governance.
• Maintain leave and compensation data in the system.
• Generate letters and support audits and system enhancements.
