Job summary

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, a related bachelor’s degree, and internship experience in HR transactional tasks. This is a full-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, offering exposure to global processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organizational Development, Service Management or a related field.
• Internship or relevant experience in processing HR transactional tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and HR reporting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to employee and People team inquiries related to the employee life cycle, including compensation, benefits, services, and payroll.
• Validate and audit employee data in PeopleSoft; perform corrections as needed.
• Update onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations, resignations, and personal data changes accurately.
• Support creation of employee documentation per defined processes and requests.
• Maintain leave data and other employee records in the system, including leave administration and return-to-work processes.
• Assist with HR data changes for compensation and benefits, including salary adjustments and bonuses.
• Generate letters and manage documentation such as policies, contracts, and files using templates.
• Assist with audits and quality checks; support in-country counterparts for People-related services.
• Support system enhancements through testing, training, and implementation with the team.
