Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Good understanding of labour/compliance laws, cultural nuances and HR best practices.
• Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves, immigration and offboarding).
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Highly proficient in English and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage HR transactions, ensuring timely processing and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements;
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, and HR Operations teams across regions, acting as a trusted advisor to both internal and external stakeholders;
• Optimize employee lifecycle processes by driving continuous process improvements and HR system enhancements;
• Support regional and global initiatives focused on improving HR operational efficiency and employee experience.
